حض ودفع الدول المضيفة للأشخاص المتنقلين والفاعلين ذوي الصلة على الالتزام بالقوانين والمعاهدات الدولية. تقديم الدعم والمشورة القانونية للأشخاص المتنقلين المعرضين لانتهاكات جسيمة والفئات المعرضة للاضطهاد. العمل الشبكي لتعزيز تطبيق القواعد والمعايير الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة المتعلقة بالتنقل والهجرة وحماية حقوق الإنسان. التصدي للعنصرية والتمييز والإفلات من العقاب. دعم توفير بيئة آمنة للمدافعين/ات عن حقوق الإنسان.
